Got exactly what I ordered. It took a bit, which was kinda annoying, but everything was correct and nothing was messed up, so I can’t really complain too much.

I did get my Segway working eventually, so that’s good, but the setup took longer than I expected. The app didn’t connect right away, I had to try a couple times, and there were a few steps where I was kind of just guessing what it wanted me to do. Once everything finally clicked into place, it worked fine and I haven’t really had issues using it. I just wish the instructions were clearer because the whole process felt a little more frustrating than it needed to be. Not a bad experience, but not exactly smooth either.

My scooter decided to be a little jerk and stop charging after about 8 months, which was super annoying. I sent segway my receipt and a quick video showing what was going on, expecting the usual customer service nonsense, but they actually got back to me faster than I thought.
They covered it under warranty and sent the part/return label without turning it into some big stupid battle. There was a bit of waiting, but nothing crazy. Overall, it was painless, and I’m happy with how they handled the whole thing

I bought my Segway scooter last year, i’m still happy with it. I’ve always had a soft spot for Segway stuff, so I might be a little biased, but this one has held up well for how often I use it. I ride it a few times a week, and aside from the usual scratches and having to top up the tires every now and then, it hasn’t given me any real problems. The battery doesn’t feel quite as strong as it did when it was brand new, but I kind of expected that after a year. Overall, I’d say it’s been a solid buy

I actually really like the scooter so far, so this isn’t about the product itself. The customer service side just left me a bit annoyed. I reached out about an issue and didn’t hear anything for a few days. When they finally got back to me, the reply felt generic, almost like a copy-and-paste answer, and it didn’t really solve what I was asking about. Maybe they were just backed up or I caught them at a bad time, so I can’t say for sure what was going on behind the scenes, but I did have to follow up again to get anywhere. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but for what the scooter costs, I expected the support to be a little more helpful

In the end, I’m happy with the tires and would probably order them again. I got them from Segway for my scooter, and they arrived in good shape. The rubber feels solid and not like that cheap, thin stuff you sometimes get. They were a bit stiff to install, so it took some effort, but once they were on, the ride felt smooth. Grip has been good on dry roads and decent on lightly wet pavement. I’m giving 4 stars because they needed a few rides to break in, and shipping wasn’t exactly quick, but overall they’ve been a solid buy.

It folds up easy and fits in my car trunk without any hassle. Nice when you don’t wanna fight with it just to pack it away.

I’ve been riding my Segway for a few weeks now, and the brakes have been my favorite part. They stop really quickly without feeling jerky, even when I’m going downhill, which makes me feel a lot safer around traffic. No squeaking or slipping so far either. I’m really happy with it and definitely plan to keep using it for my regular rides.

The build quality feels legit, the frame is sturdy, nothing is rattling around, and the folding mechanism clicks in tight, which was one of the things I was most worried about. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that some of the plastic around the display doesn’t feel quite as tough as the rest of the scooter, and the handle grips could be a little nicer. Not a dealbreaker, but noticeable. Overall, though, I’m happy with it and would buy it again...

I ordered from segway i was in a good mood when it showed up sooner than I expected. The tracking updated just fine the whole way, and everything arrived in good shape. It did end up taking one extra day past the first estimate, which was a little annoying for a minute, but nothing that ruined the experience. Overall, I’m happy with the order.

The site was easy to use and I found the scooter info fast, which I appreciated because I don’t have much patience for digging around. Checkout was straightforward too, no weird steps or confusing pages. The only thing that bugged me was having to click around to compare models. I wish that part was more obvious. But once the battery drops even a little, it starts feeling slower than I expected. It’s not a bad scooter by any means, just not as fun or zippy as I was hoping. Good for short rides, but I do wish it held its top speed better.
